The buffet breakfast and convenient mountain location are also highly appreciated. We booked for one night just for the experience of sleeping at m above sea level.
Based on other reviews, we were a little concerned that the room would be very small. In fact, both the room and bathroom were quite adequate. Also there was a lounge on our floor, with its own terrace and amazing views, comfy chairs and a desk on which we spent the evening doing a jigsaw puzzle helpfully provided by the hotel! The lift was out of order and this was a problem for some other guests with limited mobility. Breakfast was very good. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
